Pacejet Cloud Services: Monitoring Several Issues
3-25-2020 @1pm: NetSuite service status page is reporting multiple issues affecting performance which may impact Pacejet fulfillment processing time. Users can make sure you have deferred updates active to help mitigate slow shipment updates. Pacejet operations is monitoring the situation for any other impacts of the NetSuite issues in overall fulfillment. More details at https://status.netsuite.com/
3-25-2020 @10am: Operations is monitoring a potential SSRS issue affecting only the Eastern Region that may be related to the recent security and maintenance patches. Normal operations are proceeding but the issue may be related to a specific report or use-case (investigation on-going). If you experience any issues related to automatic printing, please contact support and your question will be fast tracked to operations for review and response.
