Pacejet Update: SyteLine Shipping & Logistics

Shipping and logistics are an important part of many businesses. And for many years, SyteLine users have relied on Pacejet to manage these important functions.
Recognizing the value that Pacejet brings to SyteLine, Infor recently elevated Pacejet’s partnership status to “solution partner” and decided to private label the Pacejet solution under the name Infor ERP SyteLine Shipping & Logistics.
New name, same great software
SyteLine Shipping & Logistics is the same great software from Pacejet, now available directly from your Infor representative or affiliate. While Infor will be your point of contact for all things SyteLine (now that’s convenient!), Pacejet will continue to be very much involved, working “behind the scenes” to further develop the software and provide level 2 technical support.
Pacejet will also continue to support our existing SyteLine customers—that is, those who bought directly from Pacejet prior to the availability of SyteLine Shipping & Logistics. So if you already have a relationship with Pacejet, there’s no change for you. Pacejet will continue to be your source for software maintenance, technical support, consulting and programming services, and additional software licenses for Pacejet solutions.
Pacejet will also continue to sell the solution to customers who are not on SyteLine. So as you can see, there’s a lot of momentum behind the solution, which will drive further enhancements. And because it’s the same software whether you bought from Pacejet or buy from Infor, everyone wins!
