Ohio Development Financing Council Recommends $805K Funding for Pacejet Growth and Expansion
Innovation Ohio Loan Fund loan will support the more than $1 million Pacejet project expected to create 35 jobs at the project site within the first three years
COLUMBUS, OH – July 30, 2007 – Pacejet, a leading provider of Logistics software solutions, today announced that the Ohio Development Financing Council has recommended an award of $805k for Pacejet from the Innovation Ohio Loan Fund. The funds will be used for costs associated with software development and the purchase of computer and office equipment.
Pacejet helps manufacturers build a competitive advantage by integrating new, web-based logistics technology into existing production operations. Pacejet provides a combination of transportation and warehouse management capabilities in a web portal application that manufacturers can deploy to support shipping, warehouse and distribution operations. The company proposes to expand its services with the development of new versions for the Pacejet Logistics Platform with enhanced modules, new on-demand service modules and technology improvements to easily support personalization and advanced functionality.
